Mind Calm teaches you how to calm your mind, de-stress and lower anxiety. The tools in this programme blend modern science with ancient wisdom to bring you a practical, incredibly useful and enjoyable training programme.  Each class leaves you deeply relaxed in your mind and body. There are 3 levels of training: Beginners, intermediate, advanced.

Deep Relaxation Class

Thursdays 7pm. In this 40 minute session the only thing you need to do is listen to the sound of my voice and make yourself comfortable. I use mindfulness tools and  meditation techniques to guide your mind and body into a deeply relaxed place where all of your unnecessary tensions, stresses and worries can drift away. This class is for you if you want to clear your mind, experience a higher quality of sleep as well as ‘do life’ in a calmer more focused way.

Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Coaching

'Wow' is the usual response from first time clients when they awaken from their initial session. You can use this for stress relief, PTSD, phobias, weight loss, and childhood trauma as well as many other mental health challenges. Hypnotherapy can be a one off session or more depending on the subject matter. Therapeutic Coaching is fabulous. One mission: To help you de-stress and lower anxiety as quickly as possible whilst ensuring your experience is also deeply relaxing and refreshing.

I’ve blended ancient wisdom along with modern science to create an experience that is refreshing and soothing for your mind body and soul.

You have the option to learn how to do this for yourself with The Mind Sanctuary training programme or you can let me do the work for you and come along to one of the Deep relaxation classes.

I’ve created these programmes because I really believe that by relieving our minds and bodies of unnecessary stress we get to enjoy life more. Without excess stress I think clearer, I’m more productive and I’m a nicer person to be around, lol.
